Forging is an advantageous metalworking process for the production of high-strength parts. Using cold forging, we can supply simple shapes that display close dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finishes. Hot forging is a more flexible process for creating parts with complicated configurations. We use many different production methods, including closed die, open die, and hammer forging to produce parts with superior mechanical and metallurgical characteristics. Our capabilities also include rolled ring forging to manufacture seamless sections with a circumferential grain orientation and rotary forming to produce hollow tubes with close manufacturing tolerances. We can also supply net and near net shape forgings with geometric features that are thinner, more detailed, and require little, if any, finish machining.

With our production flexibility, our forging services are adaptable to meet the challenges of any application. We work with all types of metals, including high-strength, high-temperature alloys. Additional operations, such as heat treating, bead blasting grinding, polishing and other finish treatments are available.
