Metal sintering is suitable for producing many different shaped parts to eliminate machine preparation and/or secondary operations.  Metal sintered parts are self lubricating and have a strong abrasion resistance.  Parts can be copper infiltrated to increase strength, hardness, and fluid tightness (seals pores).  Rotation is smooth and noiseless and can withstand impulsive loads.
